Weir Carpets have been a well established name in flooring since 1952 and we are renowned for providing the highest level of workmanship and attention to detail.

Started by my grandfather, Joe Weir, way back in 1952, the business flourished and my father, Mervyn Weir, eventually joined the family business. For many years my father and grandfather built the business and created the foundations for decades of top level carpets and flooring.

At the age of 13, I joined the family business helping with contract installations in 1989. I then joined the business on a full time basis in 1992.

Unfortunately, due to ill health my father retired early but I continued to carry out the same work ethics, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

As I say to people, I have not only gained 20 years' working experience, but also the 100 years of knowledge from my father and grandfather before me.
